Electrolysis Treatment Nottingham
Almost all women at some time or other are concerned about unwanted hair on their face or body; this can be cause of worry and embarassment.

Below the surface of your skin is the hair root, which is enclosed within a hair follicle. At the base of the hair follicle is the dermal papilla; this is fed by your bloodstream, which carries nourishment to produce a new hair.

A blend electrolysis treatment involves inserting a sterile probe into the hair follicle down to the dermal papilla, which is the electrolygist's target. If the papilla is destroyed, the hair will die. When the probe is in place a low level electrical current together with a high frequency current is applied that will bring about a chemical action within the hair follicle that will destroy the papilla. The hair is then removed.

Electrolysis involves a series of treatments over a period of time. The length of time depends on the amount of hair, its courseness, cause and many other factors, but once the dermal papilla has been eliminated the hair is dead and will not re-grow.
